facturers and producers in this innovative sector. Thus, bioeconomy along with
nanobiotechnology, bionanotechnology, nanotechnology accounts to zero waste
economy in a circular fashion and is a sustainable solution for future food security,
conservation of natural resources, and thus biodiversity [38].

Conclusion
Though nanotechnology and nanobiotechnology are really “green solutions”
to achieve “zero waste economy” but simultaneously the bioaccumulation of
nanowastes, nanowaste toxicity, proper recycling, and reuse of nanowaste are to be
given due considerations [39]. Still, for the sake of future sustainability of the planet
and thus humanity, GTs (referring here nanotechnology and nanobiotechnology)
need to be embraced despite several hurdles in overall implementation. Along with
the implementation of technologies, public awareness and knowledge are neces-
sary at all societal levels for proper waste disposal and to make their household,
workplace, society, and this planet a green sustainable place to live in.
